Estimates may be given over the phone or a visit & consultation can be arranged. Charges for excavation and construction will be given once project work is outlined and site has been surveyed.
Once project details are discussed a contractual agreement will be drawn up and posted to the client with in 4 working days. 40% deposit prior to work starting. This is non refundable.
Work will commence once the signed contract and deposit have been received by MPL Landscaping.
On the completion of site work an invoice will be sent to the client. The outstanding sum must be recieved with in 28 days.
